Important information before booking!

Please, for your best service:

It is recommended that On-Line reservations be made at least 6 hours before your pickup.
For reservations submitted On-Line with a pickup time of less than one (1) hour, it is mandatory to “Priority Call” for their confirmation. Otherwise, Taxi Thessaloniki .GR is not bound or obliged to carry out the route.
A "special rate" is applied during the night hours - Night Zone.
Please, when filling out the forms, the accuracy of the information is important for your immediate and fast service.

For any malfunction or clarification during the On-Line Booking process, contact with the Telephone support.

For your immediate and quality service, minimum On-LINE booking fee: 15€.

Online Booking Instructions

The On-Line Booking process is very simple and is completed in five short steps,

1st. Route Information:
In the first stage we are informed about the distance and duration of the route we choose.
The “Collection” and “Destination” address fields are automatically filled in as you type.
Above the "Collection Address" field you can add additional stops before your final "Destination Address" by selecting "+ Waypoint".

2nd. Route Details :
In this stage we select the additional necessary elements for the route we chose in the previous stage.
Attention! Especially in cases where you choose "Waypoints", you should roughly set a waiting time.

3rd. Select Vehicle:
In the next step you choose one of the available vehicles in our fleet, according to your needs, while at the same time, the route cost is calculated in combination with the selected vehicle.

4th. Summary
Final confirmation panel of your selections.
In case you want to change any of your choices, you can return to the previous step with the "<< Back" keys.

5th Booking Completion:
You fill in your necessary details and payment method and the booking is completed.

After completing the booking you will receive the corresponding confirmation emails.
